Obituary for Marion L. Crane
Marion L. Crane, 76, entered his heavenly home on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Marion, son of Leamon Crane and Ethel Phillips, was a graduate of Taylors High School, Class of 1960. He was a native of South Carolina, but resided in the Tampa Bay area for over 45 years. Marion successfully made a career for himself at GTE Data Services, where he retired after thirty years as a Senior Systems Technical Engineer. Marion was always a man of deep faith that loved the Lord. He served in his local church as a deacon for many years, but continued to serve others around him.

Marion lived an abundant, happy life with his family. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 56 years, Judi; his son, Chris and twin daughters Joy Judson (Chris) and Jan Hicks (Dan). His greatest joys; grandchildren and great-grandchild: Shiloh Koos (Joe) and Shara Crane, Dan and Anna Hicks, Jake and Avery Judson, and Everleigh Koos. Marion is also survived by his siblings, Shirley Rosetti (Mark), Pam Patterson (Randy) and Michael Crane. He is predeceased by his brother, Doug (Paula) and sister Bernice Lynn (Raymond).

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, on Friday, October, 18, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation and/or the American Heart Association.
