Obituary for Lorne Elmer Archambeau, Sr.
ARCHAMBEAU, Sr., Lorne " Lo" E., 55, of Gibsonton, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017. A native of Fontana, CA, he has resided here since October 2014 coming from Hope Mills, NC. Lo enlisted in the Army to "Be All He Could Be" as an 82nd Paratrooper and mechanic, which eventually took him to Fayetteville, NC. Lo was active duty during Desert Storm. After being honorably discharged, resided in Hope Mills, NC, where he was an ASC Certified Mechanic, then a top notch Diesel Technician, and then a strong Service Manager. In 1997, Lo met, who would become his best friend and love of his life of 20 years, Stephanie Predmore. They were inseparable, where he went, she was right by his side, holding his hand. Lo was also a member of a bowling league, and then played APA Pool. November 12, 2010, Lo became a member of the Wingmen Motorcycle Club. A place he felt "at home". He loved being a Wingmen. It was his life and in his soul. A true biker. Lo was greater than life itself. He would light up a room upon entering. He had no enemies. All who knew Lo, loved him and would not forget him. He had a quick whit and always had a joke. He was the life of the party. Lo enjoyed working on his motorcycles and always offered mechanical advice to others on their bikes. He laughed loud, and lived hard. Lo was a man of character, one you could count on and be by your side. On December 4, 2017, while riding home from work, on his beloved 1976 shovel head, Christine, Lo was involved in a traffic accident. This would be his final ride. Lo is survived by his significant other, Stephanie Predmore; daughter, Julya Archambeau Walker; son, Lorne "Lolo" Archambeau; father, Lawrence "Larry" Archambeau; brother, Lawrence Archambeau; sister, Lynn Walgren; 5 grandchildren, Donovan Walker, Trent Walker, Matthew Walker, Lakota Archambeau, Makayla Archambeau; many nieces and nephews; beloved friends, and Wingmen "Brothers". In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local Wingmen MC Chapter.
