Drawdy, Juanita M., 85, of Brandon, Florida passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 in Brandon Hospital. Ms. Drawdy was born in Tampa, Florida and was one of the Charter members of the Southside Baptist Church in Brandon. She retired after 25 years as a Hillsborough County School bus driver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mary Mixon; sisters, Mary Lee Notgrass and Louise Johnson; and brother, Tommy Mixon. She's survived by her husband, Harland Drawdy, Sr.,whom she was married to for 62 years; her two sons, Harland Drawdy, Jr. of Monticello, Florida and Robin Drawdy of Atlanta, Georgia; granddaughter, Grace Drawdy, sister, Barbara Smith of Crescent City, Florida; nieces, Mary Jo Howell of Riverview, Florida, Ella Riggs of Crystal River, Florida; nephews, Thomas Glisson of Brandon, Florida and Harold Smith, Jr. of Crescent City, Florida; several great-niece and great-nephew.
Funeral Information
A Graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 18, 2012, at Limona Cemetery, Brandon with a memorial service to follow at Southside Baptist Church, Brandon, at 7:00 P.M. Friday.
