He is survived by his parents, John and Catherine Rouse; brothers, John Rouse, and Timothy (Yvette) Rouse; Uncles, James, Paul, and Eugene Horne; Aunts, Mary Horne, Laura Jacobs, and Emma Zeigler; numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Bloomingdale Cemetery, Valrico.
