He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; 2 sons, Randall and Russell Mayfield; daughter, Lori Post; step-son, Shane Rogers; step-daughter, Leslie Knight; 5 sisters, Donna Harder, Dorothy Chay, Nancy Stables, Patricia Wilkins and Beverly Hughes; 3 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 P.M. Sunday, January 11, 2009, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, FL, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
