Spradlin, Lutz, FL; father and step-mother, Henry and Kathy Clement, Onoway, MI; mother, Natalie Peebles, Riverview, FL; 5 brothers, Mark R. Clements and Patrick S. Clements, both of Brandon, FL, Michael J. Clements, Seffner, FL, Joseph P. Cleary, Medway, MA and Kenneth P. Cleary, Attleboro, MA.
