BERTRAN, Jr., Raul John, 66 of Brandon, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Born in Havana, Cuba, Mr. Bertran was a man of vision and a leader in the architectural pre-cast industry. He was on the logistics team at NASA who put the first man in space, Past President of Florida Cast Stone, the current President of Stabil Concrete Products and a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church, Brandon. He is survived by his wife, Robin Cozart Bertran; son, Richard A. Bertran, Ft. Campbell, KY; mother, Armonia Bertran Hall; brother, Anthony Bertran; sister, Mary Ann Gojman, all of Savannah, GA and granddaughter, Adilyn Nikole Bertran.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Road, Brandon. A reception will follow in the Special Events Building.
