William "Billy" Douglas Orr, 37, of Riverview, FL, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023. A native and life-long resident of the Tampa area, he had attended Fist Baptist Church of Brandon. He is survived by his daughter, Alexia Orr Longstreth; parents, Song Connolly and Tammy Orr; brother, Jay Orr; sisters, Kristi Hernandez and Tarra Orr; step-sisters, Jessica Connolly and Christina Connolly; niece, Mackenzie Orr; nephews, Ace, Asher and Alston Hernandez; cousin, Nikkie Jolly; extended family and many friends.
