Obituary for Gerard G. Fitzpatrick, Jr.
Gerard Fitzpatrick Jr. was taken from this world too soon. He was a kind and caring man who always put others ahead of himself. For many years he sold cars and anyone who was afforded the pleasure of working with him was better for it. Family was one of the most important parts of his life. He loved spending time with his 4 grandchildren, playing hide & seek and giving them quarters for their piggybanks. A jokester at times, he would prank his son’s and enjoyed the laughter they would share afterwards. His wife Joann was his absolute best friend and he loved her with every ounce of his being. A loving & devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle & grandfather he will be missed but forever in our hearts. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 25, 2022, at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
