HOOVER, Woodrow Donovan "Donnie", 78, of Tampa, Fla., passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011. He was a native Floridian. Donnie was a graduate of Brandon High School, University of Tampa, and served in the National Guard. Survivors include his sisters, Esther and Doris. Graveside services will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2011 at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens with the family receiving friends 30 minutes prior to services.
