Winifred B. "Red" Dean
DEAN, Winifred "Red" Barry, 90, of Valrico, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016. She was a lifetime resident of the Brandon area, and also a graduate of Brandon High School in 1944. Winifred worked for many years as a Nurse for the first Doctor in Brandon, Dr. Victor Hunter. She was a member of Brandon Assembly of God and also volunteered at Star Ministries. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter "Budd" Dean; son, Jimmy Dean. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Klasek and her husband, David; grandchildren, Brad Pinkston, Melissa Flomberg and her husband, Nathan, and Kyle Klasek and his wife, Sally; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information
A celebration of life service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Brandon.
