William Stanley Jarboe II, 53, Riverview, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on July 30, 2023, with his wife and 3 children at his bedside. Billy was born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 8th, 1970. He grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and graduated from Gaithersburg High School. Billy has always loved football and was very proud of his time playing Center as #65. After high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and proudly served as military police for 4 years. He made his long-time home Riverview, Florida where he met and married the love of his life, Lisa, in 1998; happily married for 25 years. Together, they had three children, Ciara, Breanna, and James and two Grandbabies Journie Mae and Bodhi. His greatest passions were God, family, the Marine Corp, football, and supporting whatever activities his kids were involved with. Billy enjoyed sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for football with others. He happily coached Little League Football for 9 years and his dedication and mentorship positively impacted the lives of many. Billy lived life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by all. A Celebration of his Life will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Kings Avenue Baptist Church, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Graveside services, with Military Honors by the U.S. Marine Corp, will be held at 1:30 P.M. at Sarasota National Cemetery.
