Ryan, William M., 87, of Riverview, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2009. He was born October 7, 1921 in Ashville, Fl. He was a lifelong resident of the Tampa area. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Evelyn of 61 years. He was an avid fisherman. He served his country in the US army during WWII. Survivors include his Children, Mike Ryan of Riverview, Fl, Ron and Dee Ryan of Dawsonville, Ga, Elaine and Kevin Rimes of Seffner, Fl, and Vicki and Ed Herndon of Riverview, Fl; sister, Alice Nesmith of New Port Richie, Fl; devoted niece, Glenice Burnett of Gibsonton, Fl; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Southern Funeral Care with the family receiving friends one hour prior, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview, Fl 33578. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
