Theodore "Ted" Drapp
DRAPP, Theodore "Ted", 70, of Valrico, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2009. A native of Streator, IL, he had resided here since 1960 and had been employed by Thatcher, Anchor and Owens Glass Mfg. He was active with the North Brandon Little League, Pony League, Leaguerettes and Bronco Football. A Past President of the Brandon High School Athletic Booster Club, he was an official with the West Coast Officials Association. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Irene Drapp, he is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jevne; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Kathy, Capt. Brian (U.S.N.) and Bonnie and Jeffrey and Michelle; daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Jevne and Wayne DeMarco; six grandchildren, Alex, Holly, Briana, Jonathan, Karley and Kacey; brother, John (Susan) and sister, Karen Meares.
Funeral Information
Memorial services will be conducted 7:00 P.M. Monday, May 18, 2009, at Hope Lutheran Church, 2001 N. Park Rd., Plant City, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.
