Obituary for Socorro Flaschel
Socorro Flaschel, 69, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 1, 2021, after a brave battle with cancer. Before moving to Tampa last year, she lived in Leavenworth, Kansas, for 46 years.
She is survived by her husband, Alfred Flaschel, Sr.; her children, Erna Flaschel Eno, Alfred Flaschel, Jr. and Eleanor Flaschel Freyre and her grandchildren, Serenity Flaschel and Eric Eno.
Per Socorro’s wishes, the family will hold a private service to celebrate her life on Friday, August 6, 2021, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Riverview, Florida, at 2:00 P.M.
Flowers can be sent to Southern Funeral Care in Riverview, FL. Alternatively, a donation in Socorro’s name can be made to Sacred Heart-St. Casimir Parish in Leavenworth, Kansas.
