A native of Oklahoma City, OK, she had resided here for seven years coming from Wolfeboro, NH and was of the Episcopal faith. She is survived by her sons, Shane Perkins, Barnstead, NH and Corbyn Warren, Riverview; daughter, Amber Perkins, Manchester, NH; parents, Bob and Ann Champagne, Wolfeboro, NH; brothers, Charles Champagne, Washington, DC and Scott Champagne, New Durham, NH and grandson, Derrick Perkins.

A Memorial Service will be held 7:30 P.M. this evening (Wednesday) at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview.
