PROCTOR, Ruth Eugenie, 46, of Riverview, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014. A native of St. Andrew, Jamaica, she had resided here for 10 years coming from Denver, CO. She was a member of Brandon Caribbean American Cultural Association, University of Tampa Alumni Network, Capella University Alumni Network, Katherine Gibbs College Alumni Network and St. Hugh's High School Past Students Association. She is survived by her daughters, Pascale Toni-Ann Proctor and Danielle Ruth Proctor; father and mother, Dick and Elaine Proctor; brothers, James, Barry and Richard Proctor; sister, Fern Proctor and 4 God-daughters, Rochelle, Shenelle, Courtni and Summer Lili and her pets, Shadow and Willow.
Funeral Information
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. A reception will follow at Ruth's home.
