DEAN, Rufus 'Howell', 92, of Valrico, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. A native of Milford, GA, he had resided here for 20 years coming from Inverness, FL. He was a US Navy WW II veteran,a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church and an attorney, praticing within the Florida and Georgia Bar Association. He is survived by his wife, Joan; sons, Steven and Alan Dean; step-son, Jack Hayes; step-daughters, Lynn Myrick and Dawn Hayes; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of his Life will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 1, 2017, in the Multi-Purpose Building (corner of Bell Shoals Rd. and Overhill Drive) at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Road, Brandon, Florida 33511, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. A reception will follow.
