Obituary for Robert William Dick
Robert William Dick, born May 23, 1946 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, died unexpectedly on January 20, 2019, following a brave victory over pancreatic cancer. "Bob" led life to the fullest with his blessed wife, Margaret Anne (Porter) over 49 years of marriage. As an international consultant in finance, software and manufacturing, he rescued struggling companies and led innovation in the box manufacturing industry. "Dad" captained boating adventures in Canada and the U.S.A. with Margaret and their five beloved children, Scott Howard Dick, Karen Lynn Berman, Kenneth Harvey Dick, Jeremiah Robert Dick and Matthew Allen Dick. In God's grace, he joins his eldest grandson, Gregory Nicholas Berman in Heaven. "Grandpa" delighted in his nine bright star grandchildren, Bradley Eric Berman, Jeffrey Andrew Berman, Andrew Robert Dick, Sophia Catherine Dick, Charlotte Emily Dick, Zachary Anthony Dick, Alexander Jacob (AJ) Dick and Alice Lisa Dick. A manly, private person with the tenderest of hearts, he loved his family over all else. "All things work together for good". May he rejoice eternally in peace and harmony. A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at New Hope United Methodist Church, 120 N. Knights Ave., Brandon, FL 33510.
