HOELZER, Robert Leonard, 49, of Valrico passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013. A native of New York, he had resided here for 19 years coming from Lake Ronkonkoma, NY and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church, Brandon, Honorary member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Valrico; Yearly contributor to the Fraternal Order of Police; a 19 year member of the Better Business Bureau and was owner/operator of Personal Pride Fence. He is survived by his wife, Sonia; sons, Robert Francis and Gregory Taylor Hoelzer; daughter, Somer Nellene Hoelzer, all of Valrico; father, Jack Hoelzer, Fort Myers, FL; mother and step-father, Alene and William Sauerland, Spring Hill, FL; brothers, Jack Hoelzer, Centereach, NY, Mike Savasta, Deltone, FL, Sam Savasta, Smithpoint, NY and Richard Savasta; a sister, Ronda Xanthos, Brooklyn, NY and other loving family.
Funeral Information
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Friday, August 2, 2013, at Nativity Catholic Church, 705 E. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 1, 2013, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview.
