THOMPSON, "Dale" Robert 60, of Riverview, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2009. He retired from CF industries after 17 years. Robert served his country proudly in the US army and as a Vietnam veteran. He was a loving father and an avid race fan. Robert will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He is preceded in death by his brother, Gene Thompson. Survivors include his son, Robert Alan Thompson; daughter, Rhonda Dale Martinez (Ruben); parents, Howard and Theresa Williams; 2 nieces and 1 nephew; 2 grandchildren and numerous other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 1st Baptist Church of Gibsonton with Malcolm Clements Officiating and assisted by Dennis Waldrop. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Hurrah Cemetery, Lithia, Fl .
