Richard Lero White, Sr.
WHITE, Sr., Richard Leo, 82, of Riverview, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. A native of Lake Wales, FL, he had resided here for over 40 years coming from Miami, FL. A man with a unique sense of humor, he was a member of Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, Valrico, a 1958 graduate of the University of Florida, a US Navy veteran, History interpreter at Cracker Country at Florida State Fairgrounds, Boy Scout Leader in Miami and Brandon and retired as an Inspector for the USDA after 41 years. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia; son, Richard (Rhonda) White, Jr.; daughter, Susan White; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Diane Cherry and Nancy White; brother-in-law, William (Rosemary) Wright and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
