Obituary for Richard Francis Wunch
Richard Francis Wunch, 68, of Tampa, FL, passed away on June 25th, 2022, in hospice care at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born in Hempstead, NY. He is an alumnus of the University of South Florida and Ohio State University. He was an Advertising Executive at Fairway Outdoor and the Talking Phonebook in Greensboro, NC. He was preceded in death by his Father, George Wunch and mother, Jessie Jacabowski Wunch. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Lombardi Wunch of Tampa, FL; his children, Abigail, Rebecca, David, and Marc; four grandchildren; brothers, Robert, Kenneth; niece and nephew, Sophia and George; and aunt Dorothy. No funeral service is planned as Richard requested his ashes to be scattered in a private service in the event of his death. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
