It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rhonda Rae Williams, who left us on March 12, 2025, at Brandon Regional Hospital at the age of 71. Rhonda was born on November 14, 1953, in South Charleston, West Virginia, and spent her life surrounded by loved ones who will forever cherish her memory.
Rhonda is a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a devoted and loving great-grandmother to eight: Terri, Jordian, Arianna, Quinton, Brooke, Lilith, Annaliese and Maci. Her two grandchildren, Devyn and Michala, held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Williams (Stover); her brother, Johnnie (Fuddie) Williams; her nephew, James (Jamie) Turley; her great-niece, Lacey Boggess, and most heartbreakingly, her daughter, Terri Cash.
Rhonda is survived by her two sisters, Susie Williams and Bonnie Bourassa, as well as her nieces and nephews, Billy, Jason, Roxanne, Dolores (Del), Vicki, Audrey, Amanda, Charles and Johnnie, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. Her family and friends were her greatest treasures, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Rhonda worked for many years at Red Roof Inn, where she was a well-respected and beloved member of the team. She made lasting friendships with colleagues and was appreciated by all who had the pleasure of working with her.
Her warmth, kindness and selfless love for her family will remain in our hearts forever. Rhonda’s spirit will live on in the memories of the many lives she touched. She will be missed more than words can express.
