STUBBS, Sr., Raymond "Ray" D., 63, Tampa, FL passed away Sunday, June 24th, 2007. Ray was a former resident of Georgia but made Tampa his home for 34 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Carrie E. Stubbs; his mother, Fannie "Sue" Harkins; sisters, Glenda Wilson and Sheena Debose, brothers, Homer Lee Stubbs, Jr., and David Harkins; daughter's, Diane Hurst, and her husband Michael and Dottie Hendricks, and her husband Tim; his son, Raymond D. Stubbs Jr., and his wife Kim. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Jennifer Hurst, Kimberly Pullen, and her husband James, Adam Hendricks, Joshua Hendricks, Cassidy Ray Stubbs and Colton Ray Stubbs. Ray was well known throughout Clair Mel City where he previously owned and operated businesses. In his later years, he and his buddy "Skipper" and his favorite cat, Sassy, where never far apart. He will be dearly missed by all. Memorial Services will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, June 28, 2007, at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview.
