PENNYWITT, Ralph E., 93, of Valrico, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015. He resided in the Valrico area for the past 50 years and was originally from West Virginia. He was a former Rotarian, and a current member of the Sunrisers Club, Brandon Coin Club, and Brandon Elks Lodge #2383. Ralph attended Marshall Univ. and received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland; he also was a WWII Veteran and served with the US Army in the Philippines. Survivors include his son, Kirk Pennywitt and brother, Gene Pennywitt. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church of Brandon, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rotary's Camp Florida,rotaryscampflorida.org/donations.html
