Patricia "Tesha" Kunz
KUNZ Patricia Ann, "Tesha" 63, of Brandon, Fl passed away on Saturday, October 11th, 2008. Tesha, as she was known, was born February 27th, 1945, in Elmhurst, IL. the daughter of Ronald and Ann Zielen. Tesha attended York High School in Elmhurst, and became an accomplished dance student and instructor. She met her husband, Wayne Kunz, during a tour by her dance troop thru the Midwest. They were married on August, 23rd 1963. Tesha's union was blessed with 3 children, Scott, Kelly and Todd. In addition to being a loving wife, Tesha was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister. Tesha and her husband Wayne enjoyed traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren. She was especially active in supporting the Humane Society. A great lover of animals, and a devoted Mom to her Great Dane, Yoshi. She had a strong, supportive love for her family and friends, she always put others before herself. With great courage and steady strength she was the glue that held her family together. She will be greatly missed and always remembered and honored by the people that love her.
Tesha is survived by her husband, Wayne Kunz; Her three children, Scott Kunz and daughter-in-law, Victoria Kunz of Brandon Florida; Kelly Kunz Mitchell, and son-in-law Bill Mitchell of Mansfield, Texas.; Todd Kunz of Tampa, Florida, and sister, Karen Findley of Panama City, Florida.; 5 grandchildren; her Great Dane, Yoshi; and a host of relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. with a Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15th, 2008, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, FL 33569. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Humane Society or Life Path Hospice.
