GONZALEZ, Oswald J., 83, passed into Sunset on Monday, January 23, 2017, under Hospice care after a short illness. Born in Ybor City on October 15, 1933, he is survived and will be cherished forever in the memory of his loving wife of 59 years, Mae; his daughter, Brenda (Victor) Owens; his son, John (Pam) Gonzalez; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Pauline Bonis and numerous nieces and nephews. He proudly served in the US Navy, National Guard, Coast Guard and the Merchant Marine and retired from Wonder Bread after 37 years. We want to thank God for all the years we were blessed to have him in our lives.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of Life will be held by the family in a private ceremony.
