MEYERS, Norman, 94, of Sun City Center, FL, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017. A native of New York City, NY, he had resided here since 1994 coming from Virginia. He was a WWII US Army Air Corp veteran, a member of FishHawk Fellowship Church, Lithia, FL and opened the original office for Hillsborough County Seniors vs. Crime Section for the Florida Attorney General's Office. He is survived by his wife, Lily; daughters, Shelley Cordle and Andrea Thomas; brother, Ralph Meyers; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information
Graveside services will be held 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL with military honors. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 20, 2017, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
