She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and son, Howard Cook and is survived by her son, John Thomas Cook, Sr.; daughters, Laura Jeanette Bowen, Julie Ann Porter-Stokes, Jeannette Lee Scharba and Bonnie Lou Alday; sister, Violet O'Brien; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Sunday, July 12, 2015, from 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the home of Laura Bowen.
