Nina C. Lowe (Saylor), 70, of Riverview, FL, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2023. Nina was born in Oak Park, Illinois to Claude and Frances Saylor on March 2, 1952. She married Roger Lowe on May 31, 1970, in Gibsonton, Florida. She is a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Friend. She was a proud Licensed Practical Nurse and loved helping people with her calming way, caring tendencies, and witty personality. Nina always knew what to say and when to say it to make you smile. One of Nina’s favorite pastimes was sewing and making gorgeous clothing and quilts. She was actively involved at The Community Worship Center in Riverview. Her prize possession was her family and friends. She enjoyed playing board games, bragging about her grandkids, and spending quality time with her husband. Nina is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Saylor, her father, Claude Saylor, and her sister, Penny Perez. Nina is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Roger Lowe, her daughter, Tracy Freitag (spouse, Dan Freitag), son, Brad Lowe (spouse, Christy Lowe), brother, John Wayne Saylor (spouse, Mary Saylor), stepmother, Judy Saylor, granddaughter, Brianna Freitag, grandsons, Bryce and Brenan Lowe, great granddaughter, Kira Alexandre, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Visitation for friends and family will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 30, 2023, at The Community Worship Center, 10318 Gibsonton Dr, Riverview, FL 33578. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 11005 US-301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
