Nathaniel T Harris also known as T-Man, was born to Arthur Harris and Ella May Butts on January 21st, 1949, raised in Long Branch, New Jersey, with his parents and siblings. He passed away peacefully on April 16th, 2025. His profession in life was a chef, and he started his trade in the Virgin Islands and later moved to Riverview, FL. Nathaniel was survived by his son, Nathan Alexis Tillman Harris, and his daughter Teshell Teya Harris; his grandchildren Najae Darnell Harris, Teyaiah Jayden Schmidtchen, Nathan Cole Harris, Nicholas Alexis Harris, and Noah Tillman Harris; his siblings Kari Tillman, John Tillman, Arthur Tillman, and Mary Johnson; many nieces and nephews as well as “adopted” family and friends. T- Man lived his life his way with the people he loved, and was surrounded by that love in his passing. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 9th, 2025, with a visitation one hour prior to services at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. Heavenly Father,
We gather our hearts in remembrance of my father, a brave veteran who served our country with honor and courage. As he now rests in Your eternal care, we thank you for the gift of his life and the sacrifices he made for our freedom.
Lord, may your comforting presence surround him as he stands in your light. Grant him peace and joy in Your kingdom, and may his spirit remain with us, guiding and inspiring us every day.
Help us to cherish the memories we hold dear and to honor his legacy through our actions. May we continue to embody the values he instilled in us-bravery, loyalty, and love.
We ask for Your strength and comfort in our grief, and we trust in Your promise of eternal life. Thank You for the time we had together and for the love that will never fade.
