Obituary for Nanci Regina Buehler
Nanci Regina “Gina” Buehler, 54, of Riverview, Florida passed away on Thursday February 24th, 2022.
Gina was born on January 10th, 1968 in Winchester, Kentucky. Having been raised in Lexington, KY through her formative years, she made many dear friends before eventually marrying her husband Travis in 1995. A few years later, Gina found the start of her craft as a nail technician in Fort Lauderdale. In 1999 they moved and settled in Riverview, Florida. It is here at, The Salon and Spa, where she honed her craft not only as a successful nail technician but also as a listening friend to all her clients and work family. This “gift” speaks to the person she was for all who had the privilege to sit at her desk.
Her greatest accomplishments and joy in life were her two children, Alexa and Dean and granddaughter Sadie. She enjoyed watching the kids play each and every sport whether it be baseball, soccer, swimming etc. Wherever her children were was where she wanted to be, cheering them on. In 2021, Alexa gave birth to Gina’s only grandchild, Sadie. She became a proud “Gigi” and was so thankful for the precious time she had with her.
Gina’s smile and beautiful blue eyes would light up any room. Even as she heroically and with immense grace battled cancer twice, she maintained that spark and love of life throughout. She will be truly missed by all. It is by faith we know we will be reunited with her once again.
She is survived by her husband Travis Buehler, daughter Alexa Buehler, son Dean Buehler and granddaughter Sadie. Father-Jerry Graves. Mother-Donna Flores & Victor Flores. Brother Kevin Corey(Becky) niece-Jenna Corey. Sister Angela Campbell, Father-in-law Lynn Buehler, Mother-in-law Linda Buehler. Sister-in-law Teresa(Aaron) Smith, niece Emma Smith.
She is predeceased by her beloved paternal grandparents who raised her, Billy and Evelyn Graves. Maternal grandparents, James and Carmen Fuller.
In loving memory of Gina there will be a memorial service 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior.
