YOUNG, Hyon (Shin)
YOUNG, Hyon "Shin" K., 73, died December 6, 2006 at LifePath Hospice House in Sun City, Fla. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Shin worked for several years with the Federal Government and most recently at Bright House Networks in Brandon. Mrs. Young is preceded in death by her beloved parents. She is survived by her devoted husband, Carl Steinhauer; her children, Kim (Tony) Mendez and Gary (Heather) Young; five stepchildren, Bill, Paul, Kathleen Tuttle, Larry, and Michael; grandchildren, Monica, Megan, Anthony and Madison; and eight stepgrandchildren, Wendy, Cheryl, Abby, Jake, Scott, Zachary, Joshua and Michaela. Shin also leaves behind many friends in Indianapolis and Florida. A visitation is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2006 at Southern Funeral Care with a memorial service at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Florida Suncoast Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. 4810, Clearwater, FL 33758.
