GROOMS, Mildred M., 87, of Sun City Center, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2007. She is survived by her husband, James; daughters, Rosie Jones, Gibsonton and Frances Grooms, Lakeland; three step-sons, Gary Grooms, Lake Wales, James R. Grooms, Gibsonton and Kevin Grooms, Valrico; step-daughter, Kathy Grooms, LaBelle; sister, Betty Jones, Gibsonton; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 20, 2007, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview. Interment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery, Tampa. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
