Obituary for Michael David Brown
Brown, Michael D. 62 of Valrico, FL passed away September 24, 2020. He was born on May 20, 1958 in Kokomo, IN and a 1976 graduate of East Bay High School. He was a beloved husband of his late wife Donna Rebecca Brown. Preceded in death by his Mother, Annie Morrison; sister, Amy Bowlin. He is survived by his son, Michael Fite; daughter, Candace Fite; brother, Roger Barker (Helen); sister, Cindy Amerson; grandchildren, Lillian, Lyle and Maddison as well as, many more extended family. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and friend with a strong family bond, warm heart and giving soul. Throughout his life he was a talented basketball player, avid surfer as well as skilled song writer and guitarist of country music. He had a 35 year tenure with Alford Construction where he held the position of Superintendent. Mike was a loyal Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan through the good the bad and the very ugly as well as an Indiana Pacers fan. A celebration of life will be held at Southern Funeral Care on Thursday, October 1, 2020 with family receiving friends from 12pm to 1pm, with service beginning at 1pm.
