She was a member of the Brandon Elks Lodge #2383, Brandon, FL and had been a volunteer at Brandon Regional Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Paul Billman, Sr., Valrico, FL; 2 sons, Stephen Vieira, Manchester, NH and Richard Vieira, Port Richey, FL; daughter, Joyce Bishop, Raymond, NH; brother, Daniel Abreu, Manchester, NH and Largo, FL; sister, Beatrice Roy, Bedford, NH; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
