Obituary for Mary Jane Waters

MaryJane (Myers) Waters went home to be with the Lord on March 28th, 2024. A beloved daughter, sister, and mother who touched the lives of all who knew her. Her infectious laughter and warm smile could brighten even the darkest days. MaryJane cherished her family and many lifelong friendships she made along the way. She was always available to give a loving and listening ear to those around her, but her true-life passion was spending time with her mother before she ascended into heaven.

What defined MaryJane the most is that even in the darkest of moments, she kept a spirit of hope. She lived her life guided by the principles of love, compassion, and forgiveness. She was always striving to be a beacon of light in a world filled with darkness.

As we say goodbye to MaryJane, we are comforted in knowing that she is now at peace in the arms of her Savior. Her legacy of kindness and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a blessing to many, a friend to everyone, and a stranger to no one.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Helen and Marion (Buddy) Myers, her brother Jim Myers, her son Paul Waters and extended family James Waters. She is survived by her brother Mark Myers and his wife Kathy Myers, daughter Angela Wise, grandchildren Jessica Christlieb, Christina and Dylan Loggins, Ariel and Ben Carter, Ashlyn Wise and Karmela Wise, great grandchildren Kaylee, Ezabella, Leela, and Avagail Loggins, Braesyn Christlieb, Loralei Goodwin, and extended family Scott Wise and Michael Goodwin. The family thanks you for your many prayers and support during this time of grieving. Services are private.
