Marvin Edmund Teeter, Jr., 68, of Riverview, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. A native of El Paso, TX, he resided in the Tampa Bay area for 27 years. Marvin retired after 20 years in the United States Air Force as a firefighter, followed by a career at the Riverview Post Office for 19 years. He loved golfing, bowling, and fishing and took pride in having the best-looking lawn in the neighborhood. He is survived by his wife, Roxanne; children, Chrissie Teeter, Rachael Teeter-Pittman (Greg), and Ryan Teeter (Latisha); and four grandchildren, Brittany Butler, Colby Olsen, Cheyenne Woodward, and Alexandra Teeter. A graveside service for Marvin will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (lbda.org).
