Marlene “Sue” Rigby, 87, was born to John and Margret Alpino of Chester, West Virginia. She passed peacefully at Palm Garden Sun City, FL on August 21, 2025.
Sue was a devoted full-time mother raising four sons in Brandon, FL. She also worked later in life at Green Acres RV Resort for 20 years. A very loving and generous grandmother who never passed a chance to babysit, attend sports or any event pertaining to her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Rigby; son, John W. Rigby and brother, Robert Alpino. Her surviving family members are her sons; Jerry, Jeff (Margie), and Joel (Mary) Rigby. Grandchildren; Christine, Joseph, and Eric Rigby, and two great-granddaughters.
A celebration of life will take place at Joel Rigby's home in Sebring, FL on October 11, 2025.
