Marlene Antoinette Joan Hill, 88, of Seffner, FL, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023. A native of Castries, St. Lucia, she had resided in the Tampa Bay area for over 33 years coming from St. Croix, Virgin Islands. Marlene was a member at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Coleman Lyles Hill, Jr.; daughters, Daeja Hill-Riggsbee, Kirsten Hill, Ashley Hill, and Gwyneth Hill; son-in-law, James Riggsbee; brother, Frank Alcee; sisters, Cynthia Niles, Andreuille Parker, Sonia Elliot, Margaret Ramnarine and Catherine Wise and three grandchildren, Azia Hill-Josey, Aidin Riggsbee and Avery Early.
A funeral mass for Marlene will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 10:30 AM with family receiving friends one hour prior. A graveside service will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. Those who wish, can make memorial contributions to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
