Rev. Lowell Smith Dudding, 85, of Brandon, FL, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, while on a Missions trip to Germany. A native of Huntington, WV, he had resided here since 1972, coming from Chesapeake, OH. A local Pastor for many years, he also enjoyed the hobby of scuba diving & cave diving. Most of his life had been dedicated to serving the Lord, once he and Lucy had started New Testament Church. Preceded in death by his son, Larry Lowell Dudding, he is survived by his wife, Lucy; sons, Sean and James Dudding; daughters, Tammy Wells, Lisa Miles and Susan Shipley; sisters, Sue Nell Ames, June Marie Fleming and Evelyn Kneo; one grandchild and 7 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of his Life will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Abide Church, 913 Dew Bloom Rd, Brandon, FL 33511. There will be no visitation prior to services but, there will be a reception to follow the services at the church. Interment will be private at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, Brandon.
