Obituary for Leslie Therese Pierotti
Leslie Pierotti, nee Hebel, 85, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at her home. Born in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Elizabeth and Lester Hebel, she attended Madonna High School, then DePaul University where she met her husband. She was a homemaker for most of her life returning to school later and receiving her certification in Respiratory Therapy and working at Holy Cross Hospital for many years. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Batavia, IL and enjoyed reading, watching old movies and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her son, Paul; mother, Elizabeth and sisters, Margaret and Patricia, she is survived by her husband of 63 yrs., Duilio (Dewey) Pierotti; children, Lisa Pierotti, Laura Curcio (Dave) and Lynn Boerman (Robert); her grandchildren, Meghan (Nick), Hailey, James-Paul and Emma, and her great-grandson, Brady. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Batavia, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paul D. Pierotti Memorial Scholarship fund through DuPage Foundation, 3000 Woodcreek Drive, Suite 310, Downers Grove, IL 60515-5408.
