BUTTS, Leon T.,90, of Dover, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Edwina; sons, Tommy (Laura) Butts, John A. Butts (Carol); daughter, Debbie (Charlie) Fortner; brother, James Lamar Butts; sister, Betty Joyce Pardo; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces and other family members. Leon was a Citrus Farmer, Rancher, and a Bee Keeper for many years, and he also enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. He was also a WWII US Army Veteran. A Celebration of life service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at Bloomingdale Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Honor Flight Network/Honorflight.org.

A Celebration of life service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at Bloomingdale Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview.
