Obituary for Laurie Ellen Collins
Laurie Ellen Collins (Ecker), 55, of Brandon, FL, formerly of Franklinville, NJ, passed away August 19, 2022. A Graduate of DRHS and attended Gloucester County College for a short time. She enjoyed raising her only daughter and all the traveling they did to the cheerleading competitions. She recently was promoted to a new position at her place of employment. She had a heart of gold and always helped anyone in need. Laurie is survived by her husband, Lee Collins; her daughter, Christina Collins; 3 Stepsons and 1 Stepdaughter; her granddaughter, Kinsley; her father, Joseph Ecker and siblings, Toni Hampton (Ecker) and Joseph Ecker. She was predeceased by her mother, Carol Adamus (Peters). A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St, Jude Children's Research Hospital.
