Obituary for Larry L. Sanders
Larry L. Sanders
SANDERS, Larry, 65, of Plant City, entered into eternal life with our Lord on, Monday, August 21, 2017. After a long and valiant struggle, he is lovingly survived by his wife of 15 years, Cheryl; mother, Joanne Sanders; sister, Janice Sanders; step-children, Dana (Stephan) Monn and Chuck (Stephanie) Langford; six grandchildren and beloved pets, Buster, Daisy and Penny. Family members and MANY loyal friends will fondly remember the twinkle in his eye, the ready smile, and the love for all. He was employed at Mosaic for over 30 years as a mechanic, before retiring. He loved fishing and football (Go Gators!), and will fondly be remembered for his fantastic craving of Burger King Whoppers. Larry loved his loyal puppies who had him wrapped around their paws, and shared his love for Burger King. He was a strong man in life and in his love for God and he kept his eye on the ultimate prize: Jesus, his salvation whom he accepted at the age of 14. He has left a great stamp upon our hearts. He is missed, yet we are proud of the journey he has taken to be with our Lord.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of his life will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Fellowship Baptist Church, 13515 US-301, Thonotosassa, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. A reception will follow.
