He is survived by his wife, Selena; two sons, Larry Wayne Broughton, Daytona, FL and J.W. Broughton, Gibsonton, FL; daughter, Deanna Worthington, Tampa, FL; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, Tampa, FL. There will be no visitation.
