Joanne Wagner Talley, 61, of Geneva, FL, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. A native of South Tom's River, NJ, she had resided in Geneva, FL for one year coming from Ocala, FL for 2 years. She resided in Brandon, FL most of her lifetime and was a member of Stilettos on Steel. She is survived by her sons, Robert K. Rarick and Ryan S. Rarick; brother, Adam Wagner; sisters, Jeannie Reed and Audrey Driggers; 4 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. A Celebration Gathering will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Downed Bikers Association.
