SMALLEY, Joan (Sidle), born March 7, 1931 in Ohio City, OH, living most recently in Sun City Center, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, after a rapid decline from an unexpected terminal illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Ned and her son, Philip. Left to mourn her passing is her sister, Wanda Grant; daughter, Kathy Karnes; grandchildren, Renee (Kevin) Tufts and Joss Karnes; 2 great-grandchildren, Tille Jane and Benjamin Tufts and her extended family and many friends. Memorial services will be held 6:30 P.M. Sunday, October 6, 2013, at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 1239 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City Center, FL 33573.
