She is survived by her daughter, Hollyn Marie Golden of Tallassee, AL; soulmate, Benny Williams; father, James Mcdowell of Riverview, FL; mother, Chasity Carter (Chris Smith) of Montgomery, AL; brother, Colton McDowell of Old Town, FL; maternal grandparents, John and Bonnie Russo of Old Town, FL; paternal grandparents, John and Carol McDowell of Riverview, FL; uncle, Jayson (Melanie) Carter of Old Town, FL; uncle, John (Kim) Russo of Spring Hill, FL; aunt, Amy (Timmy) Russo of Old Town, FL; uncle, Paul McDowell; uncle, John McDowell; several cousins and extended family. Jillian loved her family, her make up, and reading a good book. She would light up any room with her smile, and to Hollyn: Love you more-XOXO. A service will be held at Faith Family Worship on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 2 PM.
